Well, the place is very small and claustrophobic, especially the second floor, which is quite uncomfortable when walking through it since you are practically on top of another person in each of the small hallways there. The checkout staff, some are friendly, others are really not very attentive and friendly, there is not much to look at since it is practically just a shoe store that, although they have tried to add some shelves with products, they have only managed to make the store look smaller and with everything is piled up and let's not even talk about the days they unload merchandise because that day the little space to go around is even worse. There is no parking so I recommend walking since you will not find parking nearby.

Super good service and atmosphere

Bad attention from the employees where you give the subscriptions and from the manager who cannot solve important customer issues, they are of no use, I had to go to Pátzcuaro to fix my issue and what they did there they could have done here but they are very bad trained 😡😡😠
